The rooms are spacious, that's the only thing i like about the hotel. Nothing else!

Don't have much choice for the breakfast, the stuffs in the restaurant is not helpful at all. Service it's bad comparing to other hotels. Additionally, the fire protection equipment in the closet room near the toilet has leakage problem, which cause my husband clothes all wet.

We book this hotel for Karl Lagerfeld and it is good as expected.

The hotel lobby is very impressive and the front desk of Karl Lagerfeld is the best among the 3 hotels in the resort. Both the staff in front desk, those who help us with our baggage or those helping us to book a cab are all very helpful and always greeting us warmly. The indoor swimming pool is perfect and the staff of the fitness centre are very hardworking and helpful. The rooms are big as expected and well decorated. The welcome chocolate biscuits are delicious. The only problem in the room is that the electronic kettle is installed inside the drawer and i need to boil hot water for tea in the drawer with the cupboard door opened.

I would like to stay here again but next time, I may not book the buffet breakfast. The queue for the buffet breakfast is too long and there is not enough staff to clear the table. The restaurant is very big with many options of food but I fail to get a cup of coffee. There are 2 coffee machines only and both are not working when I want to get a cup of it.
