Beautiful luxurious property. There were quite a lot to see too without going out Check ins was smooth Proximity to many other casinos, such as Londoner, COD, Lisboa palace

Great location and room space

Good location and easily accessible to nearby facilities and shopping areas. Breakfast selection is good enough and great to have the breakfast timing to end later.

Pool and Spa closed a little too early for my liking but great pool to be at with outdoor sunshine and all.

Spacious room, ammenities, bath tub n all.

Checked in at 3PM and they said the room wasnt ready. Umm.. Also plenty of loud tourist screaming down the corridor. Best if they could just partition tourist floor apart from the rest so we could sleep soundly at night. Check in guy wasnt friendly and professional - needs more training.

Terrible customer service. Recommend staying elsewhere.

The room is nice, location is okay. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very nice.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had staying at any hotel let alone one that is supposed to be 5 stars. I wrote an email setting out my complaint as I would not give a poor review without opportunity to reply and their response was hollow. Their staff are poorly trained which resulted in an extremely frustrating experience for me. While the hotel is fine, I would recommend staying elsewhere as this really isnt a true international hotel experience. There are much more reasonably priced hotels to stay in that would likely offer better service.

Superb

Delightful stay

Very good taste of the hotel design inside and outside. The rate was reasonable for room and service during the period. Though the variety of breakfast was not that impressive, all the dishes were delicious which was beyond expectation. BTW, we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks in the mini bar and bubble tea served in the casino!

The window view is a bit below expectation.

Wonderful, better than Disneyland hotel

The room is clean and tidy. We are family of two adults and two 5 years old children. We enjoyed staying in MGM Cotai. The staff are really thoughful and polite. They sent us easter egg and complimentary gifts to room as we have two children. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Food and drinks are good.
