Pleasant

Food is good. Location is near beach and city centre. Take a beachwalk 15-20 minutes north and you will find a 8 of of 10 rated beach.

Beach i bad, no sand. Walk over to Hilton beach about 100 meters away. Better beach but not amazing.

Amazing facilities, best place to relax and unwind

All inclusive, lots of food and drink options, pool area was amazing

A few staff were rude and abrupt, the price to do washing was ridiculous.

The staff were incredible! Happiest, most friendliest people I've ever met! Food was delicious, every option you would want. Entertainment was so fun. Right on the beach!

Great resort but got bamboozled

Location, the ease if finding everything. Beautiful night and day! Great interaction between guests and staff

When we checked in; although I had booked a room unfortunately it stated I booked for 1 instead of 2. Staff said to give him $200 cash and he would add my husband to the room. Ended up, he just gave him an extra bracelet. We also got talked into a vacation time share thing; was given a 100$ voucher (they put in my husband's name and we couldn't even use it since they never added him onto the reservation. Wasted almost w hours for nothing and to find out the staff pocketed the $200. Guess he needed it for Christmas

The restaurants are really good

The noise was really quite bad. The room was next to the lift and the walls seemed paper thin. The hotel didn't seem to want to accommodate us moving to another room.
