I wish the price is leas than what I paid for this kind of service/stay.

- The best part about the villa was the stuff over there, they were very nice and approachable, always smiling and willing to help us in any query or a concern we had. - Room layout was also very good and nice we like it

- We did not like the food quality of the place we were expecting a better taste for a place that got 9.2 rating in booking, also their breakfast menu was a bit limited as we stayed for 4 nights we had to order the same food for all four days !! - The water in our villa kept cutting off as it didnt flow constantly and their engineers has to fix it almost every morning although after all it never flow constantly as expected. - Room service did not meet our expectations.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with pool for 8 nights and it was amazing. The service was over the top and the room was huge and gorgeous . The team were so professional and eager to please . Thank you for a magical wonderful eight days .

- beautiful - other comments saying that there is no privacy are not true anymore, there is a beautiful wood fence giving you privacy on the terrace - clean - friendly staff - super comfy room

The bathtub is too big, I did not want to use it because it seemed like a waste of water.

The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The room was cleaned every day after we left, it was just like the first day we arrival, I have never had a room so clean and neat to come back to. Would highly recommend this place . Location was 2 minutes walk to main street restaurant shops etc. They were always there to help you. I will definitely be staying here again.

The place was perfect. Have to say this is the best place I have stayed in and I have travel alot, I am 69 years old. Afternoon tea every day free. Every Villa has there own pool in a secluded setting, was just heaven. Thankyou to the staff for a wonderful stay.

The staff are welcoming and kind The location is near the center of Ubud

A lot of insects, they didnt provide anti-insect spray, the lights around the pool needs to be more, it was a little bit dark during the night, the flow of the water in the shower and path tub are slow and makes annoying sounds.
