Disappointing

It`s 2 mins walk from the Imbiah mono rail station. The pool is nice as well.

The place is not VFM at all. Quite a small space for the price you pay with average service and facilities. The breakfast spread isn`t great either.

Location.

I was very disappointed from the stay. Poor service, almost 0 activities for kids, no service at the pool, not enough towels. Room was dirty. Cleaning lady arrived only at night to provide towels. It feels like the hotel is understaffed. It was totally not worth the money and I will not recommend.

Massive hotel, very clean with a great swimming pool. Rooms are very small but thats Singapore. Breakfast was ok nothing to exciting.

Rooms were fantastic, very clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful, they answered all our questions and were great at recommending things to do on the island The hotel pools were great for kids

Breakfast buffet could be a bit better for the cost, milk is too warm and some more cereal options for kids would be good, the cooked food was a bit cold when you arrive later in the morning

Its a jem! Especially great for a stay with kids!

Everything was great, the staff, room cleanliness, location. The kids really had a good time in the pool and they would love to stay even longer. Great experience!
