Worst accommodation Ive ever had.

Excellent location and friendly staff that come to clean.

This property needs a lot of work. There is an air conditioner downstairs but doesnt work. Folded towels everywhere as staff told us the place leaks. The pool has a spa feature. Also doesnt work. I had to wear thongs in the shower as was filthy. I asked for it to be cleaned but it was just as bad after. Front of cupboards in bathrooms and kitchens filthy. They clean what they can reach with bathroom mirrors and wall tiles. Cars cant drive down the alley so you need to cart your own luggage. Stairs are unsafe with handrails only part way. Property manager Devmann was the rudest person Ive dealt with. After I complained he told staff to turn off fans and aircons in the bedrooms and shut the door. It was unbearably hot. Spiteful due to my complaint. We left half way through our holiday and they refused to refund anything. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Everything, I could not fault this place. It's in a great quiet location, the housekeepers were so nice and friendly, breakfast was sensational. The pictures of the Villa are exactly like advertised. Massive rooms and ensuites. This Villa has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Being the 1st time I've booked a Villa, I thought this was great value for money. The Warang Bule is just outside your front door, which serves ice cold drinks and good solid food, and they'll deliver straight to the Villa. Highly recommended Villa Tetrem.

A comfortable home away from home with the most amazing staff and the best banana pancakes ever!

It was our first trip to Bali and we loved how central the villa was for where we wanted to go. The lane way was just a short stroll back to the villa from the road and accessing taxis was very easy from this location. Our accommodation was well appointed and more than enough space for our family of 4. The staff at the Villa were easy to deal with from the point of booking the accomodation and more than happy to answer any questions or assist us in any way they could with planning trips and organising drivers for us during our stay. Our house keeping staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We miss them both and the yummy banana pancakes already! We highly recommend the villa and cannot wait to start planning our next trip back to Bali as soon as we can!

would never stay in this villa again ever. rats were frightening and no privacy was horrendous.

nice pool bedrooms ok once air conditioning fixed

steep stairs with side rail only 75 % of the way up. rats running around bottom floor. people walking in without knocking. property left open by cleaning staff when we were out. came back and walked in through garage which was wide open and no one in the house. construction site next door so constant loud noise which started before 8 am every day. men working on top floor of construction site can see in bedrooms if you forget to close door. they can also see all of biotin floor and pool always had to be dressed at all times. made many many complaints about noise to owner but nothing was ever done
