Relaxing, beautiful and romantic.

We could not fault our recent stay. It is a beautiful sanctuary, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The pool is the perfect temperature and just so beautiful. The room is beautiful and icy cold, the bathroom was lovely and clean and so well appointed. There is an in-room safe and plenty of bench/hanging space. There is plenty of great places to eat and shop around the villa (only a short walk) and less hustle and bustle than the central area. We loved our stay here so much and will definitely be back.

Recommended for location

Location of this accommodation is good. It is close distance to the Seminyak and Kuta. Shopping centers and restaurants are available nearby. Staffs are polite and friendly.

Kitchenettes and kitchenware were disappointing, should have provided better. Utensils are very old and not usable. Room cleaning services are done, but refilling the basic necessities were not provided, including drinking water, tea, coffee sugar, etc.

Overall an enjoyable stay for 1 night before catching an early flight

The pool was refreshing and clean and private

The toilet pipes were blocked so when having a shower or bath or flushing the toilet septic water would bubble out of the plug. It smelt bad aswell! Also there is no roof in half the bathroom so mosquitoes filled our room quickly and we had no provided mosquitoe spray!

Friendly staff . Great pool . Good breakfast.

Whole villa raka 2 falling apart . Need big maintenance job. Upstairs shower water very dirty. Something inside the pipe . Door for the main door very tricky . Door lock for main room is Terrible, Whole Door sliding actually.
