its designed beautifully

the toilet stinks (smells like animal carcass), for some weird reason just bad negative energy all around at that place. Some Air conditioners werent functioning properly so youll be sweating some nights. pool is dirty, utensils are dirty. and just not clean all around.

I really liked the staff. Their response time and their helpfulness was extremely professional.

I didn't like the living space and the kitchen being open and without air-conditioning. The kitchen needs an upgrade and being out in the open, there are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs and insects. You cannot relax out on the lounge comfortably as it's hot. You also do not feel like cooking in the kitchen as bugs and insects can be crawling all over everything due to it being open and essentially outside

Amazing staff and great place to stay

The staff were very polite and looked after us very well. Location was perfect for us and close to shopping. The pool was amazing and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. House keeping was exceptional and we loved Galuh she looked after us very well and was so kind to us we love her and all the friendly staff! We would definitely stay here again!

Private, perfect, clean, best pool, highly recommended

This place is amazing. Bedrooms all very clean and comfortable all with the most amazing ensuites. Kitchen, lounge and dining excellent. The pool is so clean with easy access in and out. Staff so friendly and helpful. Leoni was so helpful and friendly. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommended. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

This property is a disgrace and should not be on booking,com and will take this issue further as I have photos to prove

The pool and staff

It was very dirty, no maintenance kept up on property, fridge leaked, bathrooms full of mould. Cupboards full of mould. Bad smell from bathrooms. Would not recommend this place, extremely overpriced and management have not fulfilled their promise of Covid cleanliness
