Great home away from home

Host & Hostess are very friendly and accommodation. We arrived very early in the morning but Fadette made a plan for us to stay at another room to relax while our room is ready.

Beautiful setting. Lush vegetation. Spacey villa. Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor shower. Helpful stuff.

I didn't like cameras everywhere. I believe there are more than 10 on the property, including looking at the veranda.

Great stay in Seychelles (home away from home)

PROPERTY! Yes, the property. It's an amazing villa in calm & clean surroundings. Fadette & Gravis were amazing, and cooperative & thanks for arranging the Island trip at the last minute at reasonable prices. They do arrange the rental car for us when we arrived at the airport. There were a couple of fruit trees within the Villa compound - Kids really enjoyed it.

Its not about unliking the property however suggestions only if something can be done to keep the lizards and bugs out. Kids were frightened as they werent used to seeing lizards at home or elsewhere living places. Using the net within Windows louvers may help. Even lizards were roaming on the floor. PS: The supermarket (as per local standards) near the property keeps closed on Sundays, just in case you need to buy at the last minute. You have to travel a bit north (near the airport) to have some nice restaurants, would suggest renting a car - it will definitely make life easier.

Excellent stay, very clean, resonable price.

Excellent villa. Very clean with beautyfull garden. The owner is very helpfull. Very fast check in. We have been offered a small room with WC+bath for our later check out (around 6.30 p.m.) without payment. The place is very close to one of the best beaches - Anse Petite, Ance Intendance, Anse Takamaka, Anse Forbance.

There were not restaurants nearby, but two mini markets. It is recommended to use rent a car.

Fantastic

Our stay at Villa Kordia was an unforgettable experience! Both villas are spacious, with well-equipped kitchens with bathroom and toilet to each bedroom. They are set in a huge beautiful tropical garden. There is a bus stop 20 meters away, the beach 50 meters away and numerous grocery stores nearby. The owners are uniquely kind and responsive people. Hygiene is at a very high level. The villas were cleaned daily, bed linen and towels changed every other day. I recommend Villa Kordia to anyone who decides to visit Seychelles and Mahe Island.

Thanks for the entire staff for their kind Hospitality .. Almost every thing available..Only you need to buy your daily food from the very near supermarket ...other kitchen stuff washing machine stove microwave..etc are available.. it's 2 Floor (Duoplex) Villa..with large hall downstairs opened from 3 sides to the beautiful views ..we also spend good time in the floor Balcony ..Kids enjoyed alot with the wide play ground in the back side of the Villa .. I am confident everyone should enjoy as we did.. Yousef

Great place and wonderful host! If I would go back to Seychelles, would choose Villa Cordia once again! It is not far from the airport, bus stop, beach, shop nearby. We enjoyed making dinner and bbq there, fully equipped kitchen. Surrounded by beautiful garden.

We chose Villa Kordia for our wedding stay and it was simply great. The villas were spacious, well equipped and maintained. The tropical garden around was gorgeous. We even liked the nearest beach - with the low tide it was perfect for our kids to play in, with the high tide for us to swim in. Gervais and Fadette were extremely helpful from arranging tours and transfers or doing our laundry to organizing a fantastic barbecue in the garden after our wedding ceremony. If we come back to Seychelles, we will stay in Villa Kordia again!
