Superb

fantastic location, big villa, very family friendly.

we liked a lot the proximity to the beach (its 30m), the plunge pool in front of the patio, the big pool at the house next to ours (which we could use), a big and well equipped kitchen, spacious room with good air conditioning.

nothing really major, maybe a better wifi would help.

Perfect location and facilities, poor hygiene

The location of the villa is perfect, as it is right on the beach (which by the way is really nice) and also close to restaurants. There is everything you need in the villa, the facilities are great and the person taking care of the property was really nice and helpful. There is a pool area and showers available. They even let us check in earlier.

The villa was not very clean. There were stains on the curtains and it could be seen that its not well maintained. When we arrived we didnt have hot water as well as water pressure on the second floor, but the host fixed it on the second day of our stay.

Lack of air conditioning downstairs. Would have been more comfortable with ceiling fan or fans on rear porch. Bug/lizard able to gain access to interior.

the location is fantastic, walking distance from restaurants and town, having a plunge pool to hang out its a great add to it! Petra and Peter were flexible and gave great recommendations of places to go. Would definitely come back.
