Pretty average, would not book here again, especially since its been 13 days since the stayed and I still dont have my

I dont like that its taken 13 days for my hundred dollar deposit to be returned. Im very dissatisfied. Ive had to call the hotel and the bank multiple times and I still havent received my funds.

Location and Driftwood bar

No shade in the pool area.The pool had full sun all day. Two single beds pushed together with no topper, very uncomfortable. Leaking fridge = wet carpet Iron didn't work. Hotel app didn't work. Carpark too expensive $30 per day is outrageous. The ice machine is too small for the size of the hotel. No "no diving" signs to signify the pool depth, very dangerous. A guest hurt themselves diving into shallow Water with the injury requiring an ambulance. Guests were vapping in the pool area. "No smoking" signs were not evident in the pool area.

Wasnt clean, a cockroach ran out from the fridge! My room backed onto the same balcony as 2 or 3 other rooms and as a female travelling by myself I didnt feel 100% safe!
