Location was amazing
The floor was dirty in our room when we first entered. No menu for in room service. Not sure if your suppose to smoke but neighbours been smoking alot and cant go outside balcony without inhaling it. Apart from that everything else was awesome

Very old and dirty hotel
The property is too old, very badly maintained, the rooms are dirty! Our stay was horrible! We asked the manager to change our room beca it was horrible! Its not even at any Novotel chain level ! When the cleaners came to clean the room, instead of grabbing new cups and cutlery they washed the old ones with a sponge in our bathroom sink!! What is that!! Hotel is veryyyy outdated , expensive for nothing, wouldnt come Back here at all !

It was a wonderful place &We did enjoy our stay the fullest.The vibes we enjoyed from our oceanview
Break fast could be improved especially to keep more ethnic food rather then bacon/ eggs except boiled(it's ok)/croissants/ variety of muffins/breads etc.
Fruits/coffee/drinks were OK.

Great location & comfortable place for short stay
Great location, comfortable & clean room.
The lift was too slow, we waited for almost 15 min to go down from level 6. We ended up going down through emergency stairs.
