Nice and clean.

We got a nice room with the city view. However, I think I asked for the strip view. It was a crowded time so I still appreciate the front desk checking us as soon as possible.

Air Condition. Was working weired. we were cold an entire night. When the technician came in it was working but again the next night it was cold.

It does not worth the money at all!

The property location is good, and there is a dog park right outside the lobby, which is very convenient.

There is no housekeeping services during the entire stay, no new towers no trash pick up, no free water. there is a kitchen but no cook wear or utensils at all, no coffee pot no hot water boiler. the housekeeping wont even help to set up the sofa bed.

Will Never return and discourage anyone from going.

I travel much and did not experience such inefficient and rude service as we did at this hotel. Long lines for everything. No one answering the phone lines for 20 minutes, call disconnected twice. Major carpet cleaning in the middle of busy lobby. Congestion at valet parking. No one to make up the bed from pull out sofa until 2 AM! Unbelievable.

Very good

On the whole it was a good stay and I will stay next time probably.

It was convenient for families. Room cleaning was very good. Maintenance arrived very quickly after calling for room temperature.

No food available for kids. Starbucks closed very early. Shampoo and soap didnt refill during our stay. Front desk wouldnt answer the phone so I had to get out of Pyjamas and come down to talk to them. The key would not work for elevator and I got stuck on it, fortunately I called emergency assistance and got quick responses and helped.

Nice view and clean bathroom

In the room werent promised bathrobes and slippers. We called house keepers at 9 pm and they told us to bring it as soon as possible. At midnight, when we were trying to sleep, house keeper came into the room, started yelling someone inside? instead of leaving it somewhere quietly. Didnt expect this from five stars hotel.
