Value for money place

This is a neat and clean homestay without any service. So, there is no breakfast or meals but tea/coffee and sugar sachets are provided and hot water jug is given at 6.30 am. The rooms were medium sized, very clean, Non AC. The cool weather did not require an AC anyway. The location was very quiet yet walkable from the main market. In fact food outlets, Vehicle hire and grocery stores were available in the lane of the hotel itself. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Overall a value-for-money place

Location: 5 minutes walking distance from the main road and some important spots for me Atmosphere - easy going, quiet The garden The natural light of my Room and the balcony

If privacy its a must for you, just make sure your Room is in the first floor. I get One Room just next to the front door. Low privacy level was a bit challenging. However the balance is positive.

I liked the street where the hotel is located, there are not many cars and by foot you can easily reach many places in the center. The host is attentive and helpful. Hot water in thermos was provided for each guest during the day.

It got very loud in the evening, the noice came from the neighboring building and lasted almost till midnight.

Amazing place!!

One of the nicest places I stayed in Ubud. Ayu runs the place. She is an excellent cleaner. The wifi is the best, very good for online working. I had the room above the reception. Lots of windows and a private balcony. I got plenty of hot water for coffee and tea. Nice breakfast. Strong shower. The room is nicely decorated with a nice bed light and a little desk for working. The garden is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It can be a bit noisy in the neighbourhood in the afternoon but it's quiet at night. I slept well there. Very very good value for money. Thank you Ayu, you are the best

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well located a short walk from the centre of Ubud but with none of the traffic noise. Host was very kind and helped with laundry, scooter rental, and getting to the airport. Basically the perfect budget accommodation.

If we can give 100stars we definitely will Probably the best guesthouse that we stayed the whole time we were in Bali, we only book for one day but we continue our stay for the next three days, the guesthouse is so clean, water pressure is very good and most importantly the lady that work there keep on cleaning and refills our coffee,tea more than three times a day, basically everytime we finish our cup of teaUma Taman House also a walking distance to Ubud center, and you can rent a scooter right next to this place. Shoutout to the lovely Ibu that has been making this place feel like home She is so lovely and helpful all through our stay, definitely will come back here again in the future
