Exceptional

The best combination of everything for an affordable stay in Ubud.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and they were flexible when we wanted to eat a bit later.

Superb

Great place in ubud

The property is amazing! Its located in a very great area where eating places, shops and massage place are very near! The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. My room is very neat and bed sheets are being changed everyday. They serve a welcome drink which is a great touch to guest. Really recommend for the price and location!

Theres a bit smell in the bathroom but nothing major when it wash off

Enjoyed our stay, will surely recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Very clean, good location and hospitable staff. Agung Putra our hotel tour guide was very knowledgeable and excellent in taking us sightseeing. He was very kind and helpful.

the music playing next door, live band, was very loud. Good music though, worthwhile having a drink and watching the singers before going to bed.

Disappointing

Uncomfortable and stained mattresses, loudest place ever!

The property had a good location and the breakfast was cheap but very nice. The rosella tea was amazing!

The mattresses were not comfortable, they were also heavily stained as were the duvets and the pillows (the covers were clean). The hotel made us sign a noise disclaimer at check in (mentioned kids being kept quiet) however this was the noisiest hotel stay weve had our whole trip. There was a bar next door that had live music 3 out of 7 nights. Someone would sweep the floors outside the doors anywhere between 4&6am so would wake us up most mornings. The person hiring scooters at the hotel entrance would rev them up in the mornings! They have signs in the bathroom about conserving water and using water consciously but it takes 5 minutes at least of running the shower to get the hot water to come through!

Great standard room

Location is great. Pool is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Price is good.

Bathroom sink is clogged. No vanity table where the vanity mirror is located. A little shifting of furniture might solve the issue.

Very good

The staff were lovely. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The pool and garden facilities were excellent. We LOVE the breakfast- the pineapple/banana pancakes and mi goreng were delicious.

There is a bar next door which often had live music of an evening. Nothing too crazy for the time we were there but could clearly hear it. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the remainder of the room was perfect.
