Very good

The hotel is delightful and the pool area stunning, for us it was an amazing place in the wrong area

Spacious rooms with huge bathrooms and magic staff The beach shuttle

The area around the hotel was not the best and it was a walk along narrow broken pavements to get to anywhere If you use taxis you can get to better parts of Seminyak There wasnt anywhere green to sit around the hotel

This was a terrible place to stay

Close to my venue I had to go to

The staff at reception are terrible with one girl being very very rude and in her phone at reception Security picking his nose Breakfast is terrible for a 5 star hotel Cleaned my room and threw out the lid to my toothpaste ? Ordered room service and it was delivered to my room without a cover abs left in my room till I got there leaving a fly to sit and have a good feed Totally a bad place

All the public facing facilities were absolutely amazing! Staff were lovely throughout the accommodation and nothing seemed to be an issue.

The pool towels smelt mouldy and the villa style rooms had moss/mould on the pool edges. I assume this is tough to manage due to the humidity. The lighting in the lounge and kitchen areas in the villas could be a little better.

We loved the hotel, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Great facilities and so many activities to choose from. Great food and service and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you.

Amazingly kind staff, best facilities, clean, Infinity pool and gym, the best delicious buffet breakfasts. Everything you need in one place. Walking distance to beach but also have a beach shuttle. Close to shops and restaurants.

The staff treated everyone like royalty. The staff realised we could have limited items from the menu, so they made custom orders for us without us asking to ask for it. We went there for our anniversary + bday celebration and the staff decorated the room with flower petals and gave us a desert with wishes. The attention to detail was fabulous. Clean rooms, fabulous staff, excellent location. I would highly recommend it

-The gym could have been better equipped. -I would have loved to see some vegan options in the morning breakfast. I am only writing this because there is space to do so, these are minor details and in no way affected our stay.
