Charged my Account twice!

Why was my card charged twice. How is that legal?

My credit card was charged twice leaving me with an overdrawn account. So an authorization was charged when i checked in as well full amount taken upon check in. The front desk lady was nonchalant and no help at all

The room was super clean and comfortable.

Pancake machine wasn't working. Breakfast was limited without that. You had to wait for more coffee when it was empty.

Super friendly staff and very clean. The pancake machine was fantastic for the kids. The indoor pool was great with the outdoor view. Great size gym with actual weights. That was a great bonus.

It was ok.

The place had a nice modern atmosphere. The chairs in the lobby was nice. I enjoyed it had a play area in the lobby. The pool was clean. The beds are very comfortable.

My room was very small. The fridge in my room was broke. My bathroom wasnt too clean. The curtains are not blackout curtains.
