Location, was in walking distance to where we wanted to go.. Ocean front room, nice view of boardwalk and ocean.

IF you like a smoke filled lobby covered up by Lysol you have found your place!

Staff was horrible. Whole lobby smelled like smoke front desk said she smoked in "her designated area". The area must have been bent down behind the desk. I called within 13 minutes of my booking to cancel when I realized it was 20 blocks from where I needed to be and I had a 11 yr old with me. Same "Ms. I smoke in my designated area", said she received my cancel request and denied it because I didn't explain to her my full situation. The full situation was exactly what I asked when I called to cancel 13 minutes after my booking. I was 20 blocks from where I needed to be with my 11 yr old. Needless to say I spent a lot of extra money on Uber and Lyft. The bed was really bad and the walls were very very thin... (good for you room 317)! Good thing the curtains stayed closed and Mommy could play it off as "thunder". I say no thank you

PRICE. have been coming to this hotel for 18yrs. about 5- 6 times per year. being a retired couple it's getting to be expensive to come that often anymore.
