Nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff

Excellent location for us .. close to the mall and easy to get to downtown Albany

Our room was meant for wheelchair users which non of us are so the bathroom was adapted and everything was very low .. this was not a huge problem just mentioning!!

"TRU"ly a GREAT HOTEL!!!

Outstanding!!! Staff were very kind and accommodating when I needed to change rooms. It's very quiet, here which is a Blessing! AND, they have it specially decorated for Christmas and Hanukkah! The Staff is International, which is what you want to see in a World-Class Hotel. And they were very kind! Altogether a Lovely experience!!!

Oh, the rush to finish Breakfast! I'm a bit of a Lazy-bones, and sadly, I come down later than I want to. It's all good though. The food is SO good,and impeccably laid out, that I just want to savor it!

Couples retreat for a meet n greet

The location was a big plus for us. The room was simple but spacious. Bed was comfy. The pool was nice. The breakfast was very good. The staff was quick and helpful. Will definitely use this place again.
