Disappointing

Terrible Experience

The shower.

We pulled the sheets back to get ready for bed and noticed that there was sand all in the bed. Also a big hair ball on the cover inside. You could tell that the sheets had not been changed. I did not like that we had to go the Prince Resort to check-in and then to The Towers. I didn't realize this until the morning we were to arrive until I received an email from The Towers.

The hotel made it right after the inconvenience

The facilities & location

The check was down the street at the prince hotel which was where we needed to go to check in because the virtual did not work This meant 2 trips to the other hotel when at first the key wouldnt open the door & after the key was replaced the door would not lock

To be honest with you I barely saw staff I didn't really need anybody I checked in online I gave my ID one time and paid an advance it was perfect for me and my daughter I had a washing machine a gym and a beach very relaxing love the large relaxing bath tub definitely go back

Being close to the ocean.

The price for the size of the accommodations. Plus if I had realized that it wasn't a Wyndham owned room and that I had to check in amile away, I would've spent the extra money to stay at Avista.
