Good location (near a popular waterfront spot full of eateries and shops). Clean, large, bright room with river view. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Gentle staff. Note: TV channels has only few English ones.

Great location to visit the river, easy to get around and great staff. The rooms could use updating.

Location was good and lobby was beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

Shower/tub was awkward shape and size. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly. Slippers provided were dirty.

Disappointing

Location is good, close to tourist attractions, there is plenty of parking on site, good view from the window. And yes, you can see the river way in the distance, if needed you can do your laundry on site very cheap.

At arrival receptionist was not very interested, she was more concerned about me disturbing her rest, lobby is beautiful, rooms really need an update, curtains have hokes in them, some sort of rubber hose across the bathroom, next day other receptionist did not speak enough english, and also seemed not very interested, when you stay here, book at the sites because at the hotel you pay premium, (1800 baht) booking.com 1200 baht, and they do not take over prices from the sites !! No service!!!
