The setup, the courtyard vibe. The staff were friendly and accessible. The facilities were nice and clean.

Lovely stay, close to town, loved the outside chill areas, pool and jacuzzi/hot pool

The bed was uncomfortable as it sags a lot in the middle.

lovely atmosphere with a great vibe.

the only thing that was disappointing was the state of the towels. they were full of stains and the hand towel had been made from a bigger towel. had tatty edges and holes in it.

Lovely atmosphere.

Gerald and breakfast always nice.

Toilet ran, needed a two push. Bath tub leaked water out, so had to top up often. Would have liked bottle water in room. Automatic blind in bathroom to be Sep from rooms blind. But of detailed cleaning needed. Needed extra pillows in cupboard and warm heavy blanket.

Food is good, people are nice but wont go back as it was disappointing

The breakfast was good and the staff are friendly

Nothing worked in our room. The coffee machine as well as the blinds, which are two important aspects of a room. The hot water also did not last long the first night. We where told its due to loading shedding, but load shedding shouldnt impact a facility if your running completely off AI. The LAB needs so tlc

Superb

It was our 22nd anniversary and it was a nice spoil and treat.

The bed was very comfortable, bath was a lovely big size. Loved that the lights switched on and off by voice command. Overall a very nice stay.

A bit disappointing for a 21st birthday stay

The location and staff were very nice and willing to help. The bed was comfortable.

Echo didn't work for everything. The drain was clogged so the shower water went into the bedroom. Soaked some of our clothes. Coffee machine didn't work. We weren't offered a discount for this.
