A true gem to enjoy

This is a real gem of a boutique hotel. The service is excellent and the property so tasteful and cozy. We stayed two nights but wish we had booked it for longer.

Cant think of anything bad. Parking was a bit tight but no real problem.

A fantastic world class boutique hotel in an amazing part of South Africa.

The staff here are exceptional, every single person that works here is so helpful, genuine and very kind. They cant do enough for you. The location is fantastic for exploring Franschhoek, there are so many amazing places a short distance from the hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable, everything feels very high end. We stayed with our two children and Kim and Ceilia took the time to find out what they wanted for breakfast (off menu) which they absolutely loved. We stayed here on Christmas Day and the breakfast was amazing, every single member of staff went above and beyond, they had gone to so much effort to make it special for the guestscrackers, Christmas cocktails, crackers and an amazing Christmas home that reminded me of home!

Friendly, prompt and kind service from the staff from the minute we stepped into the hotel until we left. Everyone was extremely accommodating and continuously checked up on us to see whether we needed anything to make our stay even better. The rooms were so stunning, clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The outdoor pool boasted tranquility and the breakfast also included a wide variety of delicious food. We didn't want to leave after our short stay but we'll definitely be back again! :)

Nothing could have been done better. Everything was exceptional!
