lovely stay in Franschoek

the location is perfect. It is close to the city center of Franschoek. You can easily walk to the center during the day. The people are also very friendly, and we really appreciated the extra service because of our late checkin and the support after we forgot one of our jackets in the room. We will definitely come back!

The view can be even better when the construction in the garden is finished

Beautiful room, which exceeded our expectations, with a private terrace to enjoy the most beautiful view over the gardens and mountains. Peaceful location within walking distance of the village (in daylight hours).

Kenny the host was brilliant at accommodating us. The initial room we staying in had multiple issues. Kenny assisted with placing us in a better room for the weekend, which was much better. Additionally, we were stuck in Franschoek due to the floods. The lodge was kind enough to allow us to sleep there for an additional night at no cost.

Better quality rooms that are consistent with the lodge rating.

Lisa & Kenny were very friendly & helpful. Our room was beautiful with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly. Location was very good. It allows day-time walking to the centre, however not at night. Very short distance out of the main road.
