    Comfortable resort centrally located in the Coachella Valley
    The One Bedroom Villa with Balcony we had was very comfortable - plenty of space, nicely furnished, and a basic kitchen which was useful for breakfast. We enjoyed the view from the balcony over the golf course toward the mountains. We really didn't use the facilities much as we concentrated on driving around the Coachella Valley area. The building we were in was quiet for the most part. I can imagine in high season that might not be the case, given the proximity to the pools.
    We arrived after dark. There must be some kind of anti-lighting law observed in the area because everything was DARK, including the main entrance. What there was of the directional signage was completely inadequate. Even in daylight it was hard to see the building numbers driving through. At night, it was impossible. We finally got an employee in a golf cart to lead us to our building. The few signposts were totally unlit, as were the stop signs at golf cart crossings. Extremely frustrating after a long drive. Just a few well placed lights illuminating directional signs would have been massively helpful and wouldn't have any offended any black sky enthusiasts in my opinion. Also, $20 a night for parking is a bit unreasonable given the lack of any realistic alternative. Unless you're going to Uber in and stay at the resort the entire time, you need a car. The vast majority of people staying there probably drive there, so just build it into the room rate. They must realize a ton of revenue from parking.

    Very nice hotel.but late check in and early check out!!
    Clean, spacious suite, pool view, good gym, very nice pool.
    Check out at 10am: this is getting ridiculous. You cant check in before 4pm and you have to check out at 10am (even if you can use the facilities for the rest of the day). The stress of checking out so early if you are there to relax.and do they really need 6 hours (10am to 4pm) to prepare rooms? You basically pay a day for nothing (and if you just have 1 day not worth even considering it). Honestly I wont go back there just for this reason.
