Beautiful view in excellent location with great staff

The view was amazing!!! All the staff was super held helpful!!!

2 ply soft toilet paper, better trash bags, and better paper towels in room.

For the price the rooms were exceptionally small. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled. Rather go to Las Vegas and have a nicer hotel and golf and spa treatment.

We went for Powertrip Festival and it was perfect being gated with close parking no matter what time we got home

Beds were very comfortable and had just enough utensils for not having a full kitchen. The full size frig with ice was a bonus

It is a little out of the way but travel in the city is easy to get to and from

Great overall

Very easy, relaxed and if you needed anything the Front Desk Accommodated you in just a few minutes.

At the quiet pools it may have been quiet but to allow your child to constantly play on the disabled lift is a SHOCK!!!!! That lift is there for a reason, no matter if you chills is off the spectrum etc. HAVE SOME CONTROL!!!!

Room and facilities are excellent

The check-in staff were ridiculously rude - never seen anything like it. and couldnt check in until 5pm. They also dont accept cash payments for incidentals, they make no exceptions

Great place from which to explore Palm Springs

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The new washing machine and separate dryer was a bonus. The bed and pillows were awesome and the a/c handled the heat with ease. Enjoying breakfast on the private verandah, watching the golfers coming past, was a treat. We didnt visit any of the resort restaurants, pools, etc but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We didn't appreciate when booking (from looking on Google maps) how far out of Palm Springs this resort (and every other resort) is located - its an approx 25-30 min drive. You would most likely only be staying here if you had a car so its no big deal and worth it for the comfort, peace and quiet the well appointed resort provides.

Superb

We were at Mariott Villas at the end of our National Parks road trip to get some rest. Everything was really ok. Apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed. Pools were ok, although the small west pool needed some cleaning.

Restaurants - not to many, it would be nice to have something more in the villas area.
