Overall a wonderful facility.

Beautiful facility. Great landscaping and wonderful room. Spacious and comfortable.

The ONLY thing I did not like was the cheap old TV. When its boiling hot its nice to be able to sit and watch a show. The TV in the living room does not have a pivot mount so no one can watch it very well when sitting in the couch. The pool was a bit dirty.

The resort center was amazing. Our children loved basketball and pickleball court. The pools were great. And we loved the theater evening.

Our room tv never worked, we called and called and staff was the last bit helpful kept telling us we needed to use our phones to watch tv they sent someone once to help and nothing was done we honestly gave up after so many tries

Wonderful.

The property was clean / spotless, kitchens well-equipped, facilities excellent. Best of all - the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. On our first night we got a late call from the front desk to tell us our car lights had been left on. They saved our battery running down and a lot of hassle the next day.

the property does not accommodate any guests request to adjust dates on rooms that were non refundable even a month ahead of the stay. terrible policy, very inflexible and extremely poor at communicating with guests
