Exceptional

The room was spacious! It was like staying in a Condo! It had a Full refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, cups and silverware!

There were no elevators!

L o ved the property, froze our a.***** off and will demand a full refund

Excellent property, great location and nice room.

Our heat didnt work, they had no maintenance on call and were fully booked (NY Eve). It was 66 in the room and they brought us 2 comforters. Totally unacceptable!

It was a good condo for a short stay.

The outside was lovely. Breakfaast was very good. Location was good. They were very accommodating when we asked for extra towels and blankets.

The toilet paper was the worse I've ever used. I have never seen or used toilet paper that rough or thin. Even the toilet paper on the rest areas on the highways are thicker and softer! There were shower products on the tub wall but they weren't labeled and we had no idea what they were.

I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again...

I Really enjoyed my room, Very clean, comfortable, and Quiet. Privacy was good. Breakfast was well served except too early if hours were a bit later that would be great.. I look forward in staying again... :-)

Your breakfast hours would be better if they were a bit later.. Too early, it seems for employees and working people. But, if your out of town I wouldnt want to wake up that early from a nice warm cozy bed..

Spacious suite (we got a free upgrade) Nice an helpful personal Quiet location near a golf course

Furniture has seen better days ... No room service. Not a problem per se, but not sufficiant racks/hooks for used towels

Just an ok place to stay, a little pricey

Easy parking. Quiet

Nothing I didnt like, it was just ok. Breakfast was just ok, never had bacon, never seen hash browns, some kind of potato. No sausage. Have stayed at another hotel close to yours and their breakfast was a lot better. Room wasnt ready when we arrived after check in time. Had to call them twice for toilet paper and towels and extra pillows, I guess they forgot. Sorry

Disappointing

Residence Inn Palm Desert was not worth the money.

The fire alarm was going off when we arrived at our room. There were large sprinkler leaks around the pool and near the common building. The room was outdated and could really use a renovation. Definitely disappointing for the high cost of this accommodation.
