Passable

Our friends got a room at the neighboring property so we could all access the amenities there.

The two bedroom villa was spacious.

The property feels well-worn and dated. There are a lack of food options on-site. Also, access to the neighboring Rancho Mirage (a Westin but not corporate owned) has been cut off which is very disappointing.

We were charged parking fee at first even we don't take any parking space. After we talked with Mariana from the front desk, she tried very hard and finally removed the charge. We appreciate her patience.

The smell of kimchi is so strong when I stepped into the room.

Disappointing

I wrote above about the issues.

The grounds were beautiful and the kitchen ample

The housekeeping didnt come even when I asked them to and they told me they would. I hosted the 5 families with children that I brought along Friday night for a meal and the sink and floor were filthy. I asked housekeeping Saturday morning to just wash the floor because they said they inky clean the rooms every two days and they said they would do that. No one ever came to clean the floor. Also the shower in the main bathroom was broken and there was no water pressure because of that. I complained when I left about both of those things and they would not give any discount. I felt that was wrong and rude. I rented 5 suites 3 of them being two bedrooms and had an issue with one of them. I felt they should have done something to make me happy. They certainly didnt.

The facilities and services have gone down hill since the change of ownership.

Room facilities were good (fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine and driver) except the double bed was very small - probably a 46 bed. There was no desk and not really set up for WiFi plug outlets.

There is no on site restaurant for an evening meal or a local restaurant within walking distance. No on site shop to purchase some basics. We were very disappointed that when we asked for one hour late check out, we were denied and when I asked to speak to the manager I was put through to an answer phone and they did not have the courtesy to call back.

Always a great time!

We like the amenities and location of the resort. We always choose to stay here when we visit.

First time we noticed so many ducks in the pool and noticed duck droppings. Noticed staff walk by it and took for us to say something to get it cleaned up.

Relaxing, great pools for whatever your mood, the room was huge and comfortable with all the amenities and location was

This was our first time at this location and we loved the pools, food and how quiet it was. Everyone that worked at the resort were very nice and helpful.

Cant think of anything at all. Everything was great.
