Great hotel to stay in Boston.

Everything was perfect, starting with location, you dont need to rent a car, back bay metro station (orange and green) are walking distance. You have plenty food options near the hotel (including Fogo the Cho in the same building of the hotel), airport is 20 minutes from the hotel. Friendly staff and 100% customer service oriented. Its a traditional 5 stars hotel. Gym facilities are big enough for 30 people at the same time.

They have a problem with the key fobs, I changed at least 5 times, that bothered me or my kids because you cant used the elevator or open the room and we have to comeback to the front desk every single time. For the checkout elevators dont stop on lower floors (25 to lobby), because they came full from upper floors, we spent at least 10 minutes waiting until I went up (last floor) and then we stopped every single floor to the 25). Regardless of this we loved it and we will comeback.

Car park is excessively expensive.

The girl that cleaned our room was truly amazing. She made our stay worthwhile.

The price for the car park, should be included when you stay at the hotel. It is just horrendous that half the bill per night was for car park.

The view was to die for, the bed was super comfy, and the hotel was beautiful. The area of town was incredible as well.

Location and the cleanliness.

Food options could be more. Also because I changed the dates of stay , i had to pay USD 900 more due to rate change which was not informed to me by BOOKING.COM .
