Very good

Large extravagantly decorated hotel

The room was very comfortable with the added seating area. I liked the marble floors and we faced the Sphere which was interesting to watch as it changed designs. The bathroom was spacious but poorly lit. I felt that the hotel was too large and impersonal for me personally and it was such a long walk to everything inside. It was difficult to find a staff person in the casino to ask a question to.

SECOND VISIT GREAT ROOM!!! THE CLEANING STAFF AMAZING!!!

PERFECT LOCATION !!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE CHECK IN IT TAKES LONG BUT ... TAO RESTAURANT MUST BUT BETTER FOOD IN NEW YORK.

CHECK IN WAIT TOO MUCH TIME - TOO BRING THE SUITCASE FROM THE ROOM TOOK MORE THAN 45 MINUTES. THE BELL BOY MARFIN THE BEST !!!

Nice room and location. Staff needs work.

Location: the resort itself has lots of shops and restaurant options and is an easy walk to the Wynn, across from the Mirage and their Volcano show, and not far from Fashion Show mall. Room Size: We had brought 2 large suitcases (more than we typically bring to vegas). Husband could set up his work computer, never felt cramped. Express Checkout: Considering how there was a CONSTANT line at registration every time i walked by, I'm glad that you can review your bill in room and as long as there are no issues, checkout electronically and not have to deal with a line. That said, if there are questions on the bill, it is updated each evening it seems, so I'd recommend talking to someone at the front desk ASAP to resolve it so that you can use the express checkout when it comes time to leave.

Lack of coffee maker or water heater in the room. Would've been nice since it is fairly standard in alot of hotels these days but I suppose they would prefer you to buy from them. Still tho, this means in winter when you're in your room and want a warm drink, you can't. We don't need housekeeping in the room every single day, but the one day we did make sure to take off the "do not disturb" sign (there is no 'please make up room sign') and we were out morning to evening, we had expected to come back to a made up room but housekeeping never showed up at all. I guess it saved us the tip we had left, but it was still annoying since we put certain things away when we know others will come in the room and that had been a pointless exercise. In the end we just grabbed new towels and supplies from the housekeeping carts when we saw them in the hallway in the morning. We had also ordered in-room dining for breakfast one morning. Japanese breakfast which should have some veggies, salmon (the main protein), rice, egg and soup. The breakfast came....with no salmon...and in fact the staff had dropped it off and was already out the door, my husband had to chase her down and ask her to look at what was delivered and ask where the salmon was since that was the main protein of the meal. I took pictures. They said they would be back with the salmon. And come back they did 20 min later but by then everything else was cold. $44 (and tack on 18% service charge and ALSO an extra $9 delivery fee) for cold rice, cold soup, cold everything and late salmon. No offer or attempt to even include HOT rice/soup/etc when they brought the missing salmon that they forgot in the first place. Not worth it. At all. Also didn't taste good but might've been cuz most of the food had gone cold. Look, the room is clean and large and pretty comfortable, the location is still good.
