Options for eating

The rooms were not clean. The housekeeping missed towels, replacement of bath wash and one day just did not clean our room at all. The floor was not vaccumed for the entire stay. Extremely disappointing

Disappointing and not worth the money

Location

Took far too long to check in. Not enough staff. Went to bar 19 but it had already closed (before 10.30pm). Staff member in casino was rude to my wife for no reason. Mix up with car parking so delayed exit. Over priced and overrated

Terrible staff, terrible service but rooms are nice.

Room was lovely and spacious and very clean.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were ignored by bar staff. Inconsistent information was provided about guest parking. Ordering drinks from one area and then having to collect from another rather than providing table service (its. 5* hotel after all). Check in was from 3pm but our room was not available until after 6pm. Hotel WiFi was terrible and it was sometimes not possible to access the hotel website. None of the restaurant telephone numbers were in service. Not enough cups and glasses in a room for four people. The advertised events were not actually running.

Will not recommend this hotel

Location was the only good thing about the property barring that there was nothing good about it .

The staff the hotel was extremely uncooperative and non compromising We being a family were not given rooms together. Room service was pathetic . It took them 3-4 hours to just get some towels to our rooms We were denied bottles of water We were charged for parking when we were eligible for free parking Wifi was not working at all and we must have complained several times but didnt receive any response or remedy.
