Would definitely stay here again, been to NYC several times and loved this location.

Loved the location, near East Village, Lower East Side and off the main tourist drag. Staff were friendly and helpful, beds super comfy. We had a lovely view.

Room service forgot cutlery/extra cups on more than one occasion. Minor issue

The room is small but the view is fantastic. Very nice staff.

View was amazing. We would love a guide to the names of which buildings we see out our window.

Hated the imposition of a "facilities/resort" fee. It is not a resort and it has sleeping rooms and restaurants. Are those facilities?

Highly recommendable if East Village is your vibe

The view from the 20th floor - even whilst showering! - was breathtaking. An absolute highlight at all times of day. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

My only wish for change would be a better possibility to work in The Perch. The table is knee-high with the seating and a real back killer if working with a laptop or paperwork. It's a lovely space, not overly frequented, and would be a particularly lovely work space if the furniture were a little more suitable.
