Very good

It was a beautiful location with the amenities that were fair. For an upgrade, I wanted more.

I enjoyed the butler service it was great. The staff very nice and the feeling of warmth.

I didnt like that I was told my room was an upgrade but we had to get a separate bed that wasnt delivered on time. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for it to be delivered to my room. Considering the amount of money spent on the room, I would have expected this to be take care of prior. Im was on a time crunch and we were exhausted so we had to take the time out of our day to get the bed delivered.

Omer The Hotel Concierge Extradonaire was so helpful and great with all the guests. In fact, all the staff we had encounters with during our stay were amazing! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
