Very good

We really enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel.

Hotel was in a great location, very quiet at night, staff very friendly and helpful.

A little more variety on evening meal menu, especially for children and teenagers.

Central location, nice stay

Central location, right on Times square. very confy beds, good facilities. Great wifi. USB charging stations built in, really tidy nice room!

2 mornings we set the "make up room" sign and nothing happened. Then 6pm the staff came to ask if we need anything... Strange. Finally we had to ask at the reception to get the room cleaned and the trash taken out...

Nice beds and shower, no view.

Beds were comfortable, shower was clean and modern.

Room had no view. Was told room should be ready early by 1:30 and we had priority. Came back and waited for 1/2 hour, then asked again, told not til 3. Ask for higher than level 3, and nothing was available. I booked 2 months in advance. But through booking.com. I wonder if booked directly and more than one night, if I would have gotten a better room.
