While some rooms may be outdated, the hotel makes up for it with personalized service and a pleasant pool area. The high tea service is also highly recommended. Overall, it is a top-notch hotel with friendly staff and a great location.

Staff were very friendly

We stayed at suite room with jet bath A lot of dirt came out from the nozzle of jet bath and bathtub became black. It was highly shocking It looked highly likely cleaning was not done for a long time It must not happen at five star rated hotel Also room dining food selection and quality was highly disappointing

Great location for accessing the Galleria

The Staff is very courteous and professional. The bar is very nice. Centrally located to the Galleria. Room was comfortable.

The rooms balcony overlooked a roof, not a very enjoyable view.

Great business setting. Classy.

Wonderful facility, classy, nice staff. Valet parking, and clean rooms. Beautiful balcony and bar available. Staff made us feel welcome and respected our beliefs/wishes with COVID procedures. Will absolutely stay here again. I had several rooms for a while during this business trip, and I would stay again.

Food availability in the bar/restaurant area was not a very good variety. I would prefer more options. Many nights we opted to bring food into the bar and eat it instead of purchasing what they offer due to taste/freshness. St Regis would make more money if they offered more. We ate dinner almost everynight and often went to a nearby restaurant to avoid the food in the hotel. The setting and ambience and staff in the establishment were great, but the food not so much.
