Quiet location on the beach with a nice pool.

Staff seem very inexperienced, the toilet seat was dirty and stained which broke and then was replaced with another stained toilet seat. Floors were sticky in the room. Restaurant was super slow and everything would come out one at a time.. Management need to make sure the place is running properly and in tip top shape.

we like the accommodation in general , the room was very nice and the location was great

"I've noticed some challenges in the restaurant's service, particularly with order management. Often, there's a significant delay in receiving orders, or after a long wait, I'm informed that the item isn't available. To enhance customer experience, I suggest implementing stronger management and organizational strategies. This could improve efficiency and ensure guests have a more enjoyable dining experience."

Badly run place!

A quite, small place

The staff had no idea how to run a hotel. Nothing worked right. Non of the agreements was met. Daily failure to clean the room. Dirty linnen and bed sheets. Imcompetant staff, kitchen workers and spa staff was ultra low quality. Not worth any money!

Exceptional

A slice of heaven. Was so good I have already booked my next stay. The food, room and staff were all fantastic. The steam room in the spa is one of the nicest I ever been to the massages were also fantastic.

Not as relaxing as Id have hoped and I wouldnt call this a Spa resort.

Access to the beach

It is directly on a duel carriage way esc road so you can hear all the traffic in the rooms, not relaxing at all and very misleading. We requested transfers from the airport and back but they sent a taxi, (i could have done this). The room sizes are extremely misleading on the images advertised. It wasnt relaxing due to the location and road noise. The food was average and the inc breakfast menu did not resemble the normal menu one bit. Staff were pleasant enough but some reception staff couldnt speak English and couldnt help us.

Relaxing, refreshing, very comfortable, lovely atmosphere.

The pool area was lovely. The atmosphere was great. The food in the restaurant was beautiful. The staff just cant do enough for you. Youre on Lamai Beech .

In the bathrooms, theyre like plastic roofs, so when the rain came down, it was quite noisy.

The restaurant is medium minos. The beach is to shallow and you cant swim.

Very good

Peaceful and clean. Room and pool area were very quiet despite being close to a busy road. Lamai city and beach were close enough, either 15-20 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride. Great restaurants and lots of activities to do on the beach.

Staff was friendly but many of them weren't well trained and didn't speak english that well. We had one lovely receptionist who spoke better english than others and understood what we were asking - she also gave great advice on where to go and what to do.
