One goes to stay ina hotel for comfort stay but sometimes u get a staff who dont want to go extra mile for the customer thts the kind of staff i came across I was ok with everythibg else apart From the receptionist she didnt want to facilitate for my comfortable stay

It was clean, the staff were very welcoming especially Amaal & Omar. Hotel is nice and cosy and very quiet. Ideal if u want somewhere peaceful and quiet. Shops nearby as well.

while the S Hotel Al Barsha's location is a definite plus, the overall stay was hindered by issues with hot water, A

Good Location: One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area.

Hot Water Woes: Unfortunately, getting hot water seemed like a game of luck during my stay. Inconsistent availability was a notable inconvenience. A/C Struggles: The air conditioning system fell short of providing the desired coolness, leaving the room a tad warmer than expected. Limited TV Channels: The television channels offered were quite limited, limiting the entertainment options available for guests. Breakfast Quality: While the breakfast was passable, it didn't quite meet expectations. The variety and quality left something to be desired. Slow WiFi: The WiFi speed was disappointingly slow, making it challenging to stay connected and get work done efficiently.
