Very good

Lovely resort with all amenities for our short stay would recommend if in Kollam!

The staff and service were brilliant everyone was friendly and very helpful. Is it situated close to town so easily accessible. The food was marvellous with a huge variety of quality dishes. The room we had was spacious and clean.

I think management should pay attention to cleanliness and general upkeep - The Raviz is a beautiful property however the stairs hadn't been cleaned and there was dried food on the occasion I did use the stairs. Small things like keeping windows and doors clean are important when a hotel is advertised as a 5star property.

Stay at Leela Raviz Ashtamudi Lake.

Great location and great ambience.

The food was not comparable to other Leela properties. Possibly the team was overwhelmed by the number of guests and the service was struggling to keep up.

Auto's not allowed inside the gate is not right... Everyone needs to be given the same priority no matter what the Guest prefers to travel in...

Not a great place just a normal property

Property is very close to the centre just 10 min away from the city

Staff is less responsive and had to call many times to get things done

The property in itself looks stunning but thats about it really

We were given rooms without windows There was a window that was all plastered on as it looked into the adjacent property They have built two hotels ruining the experience for both I presume

Not worth the price

location, the buffet lunch and dinner was good. The cab driver Mr Sujith and restaurant staffs were very courteous and provided a very friendly service.

The morning Buffet could have been better, for the price of the room it doesnt do justice. The bathroom were dirty. For the name Leela the price provided is high, but the service is not like the other leela group of hotels. The cabs are out dated. Definitely the rooms need a change over for the price charged.
