Fabulous hotel with excellent service and facilities.

This is a very high standard hotel in every respect, tasteful interior, great facilities, very clean and top service provided by very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, good location, luxurious room, comfortable bed etc. The spa was also excellent, Indian head massage highly recommended. Fabulous roof terrace with nice pool.

Nothing, it was all great. Ideally it would be even better with a gym.

Would happily return to this place.

The staff were excellent, and so was the breakfast.

The room was missing a few standard items like hand towels, soap etc but other than that, which we had to call the front desk to get. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant one night and were disappointed with the quality of food especially as the breakfast items were outstanding.

Highly recommended stay in Chennai

Indian hospitality at its best - the staff provided top service to us. Rooms were spacious and modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too despite some waiting time to get a table but it is worth it. The location of the hotel makes most attractions in Chennai city centre reachable within a 10-15 minutes auto ride. The hotel allowed late checkout at a reasonable fee - due to our flight departing at midnight

Crowded breakfast due to small space, but can easily be fixed by adjusting timing of visit. The staff did their best and did well.
