I like the atmosphere , the layout of the hotel, the staff , the breakfast Anna has been keeping in touch with me before my arrival to make sure that I have everything ready. My flight was delayed and I arrived very late to the hotel. Anna wasnt there anymore but she made sure that I was received and took care. The security man was very nice too! The next day I had an amazing breakfast and finally I meet Anna and her colleague. This hotel made me feel home! Shame that I couldnt stay for more days! I would love to! I promise to come back!

We had a lovely stay at The Nam An Villa. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, lovely bathroom. There was a mini fridge and snacks available too which was lovely. We had access to the swimming pool. Anna, at reception was lovely, very helpful and always offering recommendations. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast, staff all very friendly and approachable. We stayed over Christmas and on Christmas day we received a Christmas card, we thought this was so kind and thoughtful, many thanks! The security guard on the nightshift was also very kind and helpful when we arrived very early and were checking out very late - thank you for your help! But of a walk into town but we enjoyed the walk Would highly recommend staying here!

Tien, at the reception, is a wonderful woman and deserves 10 stars alone. The place provides breakfast, free bicycles and scooters for rent. It has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Key highlights are the staff and the lovely lady who helped us with explaining the medicine given to us that was in Vietnamese. Also seen staff members going above and beyond to help . You feel very welcomed and the place was the best stay in our Vietnam trip ! Highly recommend

Very good

Quiet location, easy to get to city center via bikes, Grab, etc. Easy to book tours at the desk.

The location in a quiet area but not far from city center. Breakfast choices each morning were good. Bicycles on property easy to use. Staff friendly. Easy to book tours with desk staff. I would stay again.

Lovely stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We borrowed the bicycles free of change and the reception helped us with hiring a scooter. Thank you so much.

Perfect stay close to the city center

Located in a quiet neighbourhood relatively close to the city centre, Nam An Villa was a perfect place for our stay in Hoi An. The room was incredibly clean and had lots of natural light. We were also provided with Bicycles free of charge to visit the city center which was really benefical and the receptionist also helped us with places to visit and arranged a boating tour for us which turned out to be amazing as well. The breakfast prepared according to our choice was delicious as well

I would be nit picking if I said they could provide breakfast as a buffet instead of us choosing a dish of our choice :-)
