Very good

Great location but we couldnt find the elevator. My husband had just had surgery so it was difficult to walk up the stairs especially with luggage.

Great vacation in an excellent convenient location hotel.

Location was perfect. From the hotel you can walk everywhere without having to take the car and look for parking which during the day most are all full. We had the best view of the river as well.

Breakfast sucks. The bages were not good as well as the daily fruits. Did not also like that the hotel does not have a full service restaurant.

Smoky Mountain Paradise

I like all. The balcony overlooked the river, the whisper of the river, the view of the ducks swimming, the lights of the city, everything is charming. Plus, when you closed the balcony doors you didn't feel any noise at all. Indoor parking next to the door of the room. The friendliness of the hotel staff. Absolutely everything fascinated us.

For the future, when they improve the hotel, change the balcony doors for sliding doors. The current ones "steal" some space from the room.

Overall a good stay. Great view of the river

Location & River front view

Breakfast was below average for the selection that was given to eat from. Very big carpet stain infront of one of the beds. Carpet should be updated or cleaned. People smoking weed around us, couldnt keep the door to the balcony open due to the smell. Day or night.
