Superb

Friendly, spacious and remote

Very friendly staff, very clean, very spacious rooms, great pool and beautiful ocean view.

No mosquito nets around the bed (though at the time we went there were also no mosquitos), but something to watch out for if you go and are concerned about mosquito bites (the rooms are not fully insulated from the outdoors - wood cabins with gaps between the wood paneling).

Lovely comfortable rooms - beds were gorgeous and we slept so well! Pool and gardens were great. Staff were very nice.

Restaurant was OK but a bit limited, would have been nice to have had specials of the day. The hotel is very remote which is great for relaxing but does mean you are reliant on the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful Hotel and Staff

Beautiful gardens and beachfront location with a fantastic pool. Staff are wonderful. Very large rooms (suite) spotlessly clean and ice cold air conditioning. Robes, slippers, dental kits and toiletries are a nice thoughtful touch as well as fruit basket. It was our anniversary and the hotel welcomed us with beautiful flower decorations. Fabulous

When we booked the suite on Booking.com it advertises that the room has a bathtub, which it doesnt. Had I known I would have chosen a different room type. There is a very limited choice of food and drink in the restaurant and on the first night, our dinner was poorly cooked. On the second evening we chose simpler western dishes, which were better. The fish and chips was excellent. Very little alcohol is available, only beer or arak (which I dont drink). Would be nice to have wine on offer with dinner. Our celebration felt a little flat at dinner after such a wonderful floral welcome!

Bali as it's supposed to be

We are so happy to have booked our stay here! The location is STUNNING! From the restaurant/pool you have a direct view and access to the ocean. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Lista from the front office helped us out tremendously! Can't wait to come back here.

Lovely but remote place. All rooms need fridges

Beautiful room and grounds. The restaurant was also lovely. Staff were very friendly and service was great. We stayed an extra night as it was so nice.

We had booked a suite thinking it would have a fridge. Unfortunately this wasnt the case. In addition we didnt get a suite room. The room we had was lovely though and it was such a good rate it wasnt worth arguing.

Amazing pool on the beach. Good value for money. Worth the ride to Tejacula. Balinese massage was great

Rooms are simple with no charm, we had the ones near rception dfinititely less charming that the rest, no effort on dcoration Restaurant was not great.

Great location to relax

Very nice hotel nearby black sand beach. We went there for 2 nights : the pool area is amazing and very relaxing. Rooms are clean, well decorated and with all the necessary amenities. Ive had a 1h massage there and it was great.

- Quite a remote place, so you should only come if you want to relax (which we did and it was perfect). Not the best location if you want to visit the surroundings (Amed and Lovina are not that close) - food is good, however the waiting time was a bit long sometimes for only 2 main courses.

I loved the sourounding area we went to the village it was something else.and the fishing trip that we took ticked all the boxes its such a beautiful place whould recommend for people to check it out big thumbs up to the wonderful stuf that work there they always great you with a smile and a hello and they go above and beyond to help you

Perfect location, nice staff, amazing pool

The Location is just perfect, the pool is amazing and the entire resort is outstanding to enjoy the views and the nature. We were there as a family with 3 kids and had the best time at Kirana Tembok. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive.
