The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view at the restaurant is good., However, the front counter staff were mediocre.

There is problem with the shower screen door. After my wife took a bathe, Water leak into the toilet floor and the whole toilet was flooded. We call the hotel staff and somebody came. He claim that we did not close the door properly.told us that the door has to be closed from the inside to have proper occlusion. We followed his instruction but every time after a shower, the toilet floor still flood. Obviously, there is problem with the design of the shower screen door. We gave up calling the staff and just clean up the water every time after we bathe.

Exceptional

Location was fantastic right across Termini train station and room was comfortable and spacious. Roof top terrace was an added attraction especially during breakfast or drinks in the evening. Next to the hotel is a restaurant called Dianas Place with awesome food and as a hotel guest you get a discount for the food you ordered which was a pleasant surprise.

Rooms was not very sound proof and as such you can sometimes hear the noise from the room next door and the ongoing along the corridors.

The staff of the reception and hotel management as they asked to change me room service as full breakfast for a banana only I request instead of going to the restaurant as I was very sick ,,, although the brake fast is included

Disappointing

Location is prime. The staff upgraded me to a family room when I checked in. The rooms are really spacious and clean.

The only reason my review is 5/10, is because of my experience at check out. I had to pay for my lodging tax of 15 euros on check-out. As they were printing the receipt, I wanted to step out and tell my taxi to the airport to wait for me, otherwise I could've missed my flight back to the US. The man at the reception literally yelled at me as if I were a thief trying to run away. I had just spent 350 euros to spend 2 nights at your hotel: do you really think I would've left without paying those 15 euros of tax? I don't know if it's because I'm black, but it really ruined my entire stay at his place. I am not a thief, that is neither part of my values nor my upbringing. I understand the rules, but human intelligence is also an important quality in life. Really disappointed.

Very good

Size of the room was nice with a beautiful balcony and the breakfast is served in a nice room on the rooftop .
