The Eitch Borromini Palazzo Pamphilj has a great location near important landmarks in Rome. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and nice views. The bathroom is large and has a heated towel rail. (Read More)The reception is friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with breakfast being in a small room instead of on the terrace, but the rooftop restaurant offers a fantastic view. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the reviewer would consider returning in the future.

Superb

The location is amazing, just few steps away from Navona Square. Second time at the rooftop bar which is open during winter as well. The views from the terrace and the outside restaurant are spectacular, cannot wait to go back in summer. The hotel gave us the chance to change our reservation date super last minute for no additional fee, such a great treat.

We asked for a quiet room as a request for our of reservation. Unfortunately, the room wasnt that quiet. We had to change it. The room for breakfast is small and not offering a big variety of food options. Despite some issues with noise, it is still a great hotel.

The staff were very polite and kind. One of them even shared his own phone charger with us because mine was not working

The hotel is a boutique one. Very conveniently located at piazza novena. Every tourist attraction other than colosseum and few are walkable and we were spoilt for choices for food, restaurants and cafe. Too many of them. The hotel also has a very good rooftop restaurant.

We liked everything. Only their breakfast menu can have some options. It was same every day.

Great place in Rome!!

We asked for a room overlooking the fountain and we got one! Nice space for a family and the breakfast was convenient and good. Staff so very helpful with dinner reservations, taxis, luggage. Would love to stay there again.

Just Fantastic! Grazie mille!

We have been traveling to Italy through Rome annually for the past 10 years; and I have to say this is by far has friendliest staff I have encountered thus far! Mind you most Italians are friendly and welcoming. However; The Borromini has left an impression like no other. Reserving dinner reservations at the greatest restaurant, welcoming our children with such love, the most amazing restaurant staff whom greeted us each morning with a smile and such warmth, and helping us locate our lost luggage at the airport, and making sure it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you Borromini for making us feel at home. We look forward to seeing you again soon. With love and admiration, The Amyotte Family~

Eitch Borromini is hidden gem!

The location was fantastic! So central to everything. Great location in Navona. Lots of fun things to do in the evening, at this location . Breakfast area in hotel overlooks Piazza Navonna!

A few stairs could be problematic if you have heavy/lots of luggage. But there is always someone available if you need help.

Great place to stay with exceptional staff.

The staff, especially the manager, was fantastic. He knew everything about the general area, the best restaurants, and the easiest way to get anywhere. The location was very quiet yet easy walking to the Vatican, the Colsseum and the Trevi Fountain.

The location is great but the hotel noise was off putting.

The location is great. The breakfast is okay.

We received an upgrade. The room was big - which was great - but it was the floor below the roof top bar. Each night between 10.30pm and 12.30am furniture is constantly moved which echoes through the ceiling. People are constantly walking past the room, which is also very noisy.
