The Holiday Inn Amarillo West Medical Center is a very accommodating hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They promptly moved a guest to a more accessible room and had an indoor pool and hot tub th (Read More)at delighted a 5-year-old. The rooms are nice and comfortable, although the lack of USB plugs for electronics is a bit odd. The location is conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. It is a great stop for those in need of a last-minute, pet-friendly accommodation. The rooms are clean, quiet, and offer plenty of amenities.

I felt lucky to get a room, since the hotel staff said they were sold out.
Smooth check in (after waiting in long line) Room was comfortable and spacious enough for two adults
Sit down breakfast doesnt appeal to me. Hair left on the shower wall. Busier then normal, but only one person working at check in. Coffee was hot but not very strong. Disliked the fact that we had to use a 3rd party service to get a room.

Would not stay again.
Liked the convenience and safety and the ability to stay with our dog.
Staff gave us an occupied room. Dirty room. Staff also shared our room number with others standing nearby, which is a safety concern.
