Wouldnt stay again because of staff and headache of getting our money back

Great location. Great breakfast bar

Everything was good except for the staff. So when your staff is bad, it makes you not want to come back to the hotel. The front desk lady was rude and overcharged us. We had already paid through booking.com and she said we had to be charged again in case of incidentals, and now we have to get our money back. She was also condescending.

I wont be returning to this hotel. We always use Hilton Gardens when we travel. Wont in Amarillo.

The location was perfect for what we were doing.

The facilities are not taken care of like in the past. No room clean services unless requested. When we did request they only brought fresh towels.

Comfortable. Relaxing. Good value. Awesome staff.

The room was spotless. The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I asked them was their something in the water that makes the people in Amarillo so kind? Wonderful stay. Will choose this hotel again.
