I have been charged twice for this stay I have called the manager 4 times and was told I would receive a letter stating I arrived and they had no record of my Booking.com so I used my credit card. I reached out to pay pal and they will dispute the charge once I have a letter from hotel. Very Upset!

The motel is in bad shape. The people there were nice.

All the people who worked there.

The room stank with mildew; they were not able to move us; they sprayed. There was no breakfast, which we were expecting. The door at the end of the hall, where we used the handicapped parking, was out of order. The sofa bed had a seat cushion that did not cover the bed frame (was not intended for that sofa).

This property is WAY below Marriott standards!

This hotel was a major disappointment, definitely not up to Marriott standards! Other than the friendliness of the front desk staff, everything else was sub-par. The room had dust on the carpet like it hadn't been vacuumed; the sink in the bathroom didn't supply hot water and had a dripping leak; the shower also went off when you turned the knob to hot; and the thing that irritated us the most was when we checked in, the clerk mentioned that there was a PAID breakfast, so I said, "We'll just go out and do fast food then", to which she replied, "Let me give you a complimentary breakfast"...we were very happy about that UNTIL we went down the next morning and discovered there was a limit of $20 for the 2 of us and coffee was like $6.50 each, and a fruit cup was $7 each, so we couldn't even get a coffee and a fruit cup without going over the limit! We went to McDonalds and had a nice breakfast for about $13!! Definitely will not be going back!

Comfortable bed, clean room, would probably stay here again.

The desk clerk at check in was unfriendly, and breakfast the next morning closed 20 minutes early.

Not happy

I was very disappointed we stayed in Amarillo and they charged $10 for parking. That's ridiculous. This place is not new York so why charge for parking.

I can't believe they charge for parking. The wall paper was coming off all the walls. Half of the wall paper was missing. The bath tub was all rusty. I thought this was a nice hotel. My mistake. I paid to much for a run down hotel

Good

I still enjoyed our stay and rested well.

Breakfast was not available, the cook did not show up. Front desk was kind enough to offer coffee from Starbucks. Host suggested a nice steakhouse a few blocks down. Very friendly place.

No breakfast.

BED BUGS! BED BUGS!!! Do not stay here

Upon first inspection it looks like a nice hotel. Room was nice & fairly clean. The front desk person at checkin late at night appeared to tweeking & was not informative. The next morning front desk lady was very nice & informative.

BED BUGS!!!! My family including a 9 month old baby were ate up with bed bugs!!!
