Perfect stay an oasis in busy Bangkok

Loved our stay here, the presidential suite was so spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful. The pool area was also divine.

An onsite restaurant would be great, it only served a basic breakfast. However there are so many exciting eating opportunities nearby I understand why it is not there.

Pretty solid option but location in a bit of no mans land

It was very reasonably priced and the rooms were pretty big and comfortable

The breakfast was a huge let down for the price of 250 baht. The coffee was ok but the options were pretty limited. And there wasnt loads on your doorstep in lieu of lunch options which was hard for my elderly parents as they dont know how to use Grab to hail a cab to go to places with food. Was fine in the end but the location isnt in the centre of everything.

Disappointing

Not a great experience

We booked an early checkin as we were arriving at 4 am which got confirmed. When we arrived in the morning (completely jet-lagged) they told us that there is no room available. After a bit of a fight, we got a room. There, the bed had mold stains and the rooms were smelling very dusty. We went back and again after some arguing got another room. The bed appeared fine, the room still smelled very very old (like at my grandmas house). We wouldn't want to open the cabins as they smelled very moldy. After we checked out, I found a bed bug bite at the back of my gf.

Proximity to the business district . . and the hotels architecture us a def draw card.

The hotel offers gym and spa facilities that's always a good start ...breakfast is poor they don't charge much for it but should and can do better I have been going there since mid 2000s at at its peak offered amazing cuisine from cross Asiatic Thai to European. So its not that they cant dot it, they just need to be reminded that a good breakfast sets the day. Cutting costs is OK for business but not were it concerns customer service.
