The Concord Hotel & Suites in Nairobi is highly recommended, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is located in Parklands and is about a 20-25-m (Read More)inute drive from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities, including a sauna, gym, and swimming pool, are excellent. However, there were some downsides, including stained bedding sheets, unfriendly communication from a guest, and a less modern exterior.

Location. Staff was nice. Rooms spacious.

We booked Concorde specifically bcs it has an indoor pool. But it was out of order during 10 days of our stay! Very dissapointing. They should inform guests if some of important facilities aren't working prior to their booking! Beside the pool issue two more: -safe deposit not working -bath thub couldn't hold the water

The room was nice. The bed very comfortable. I was happy to get the bathrobe. It was my husband birthday, and i asked the staff to decorate a bit the room. They did that perfectly. I will go back there surely

I wanted to swim but the swimming pool unfortunately was out of service that day.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable The Wellness area was a plus point. We enjoyed the Massage the waiters and the Massage lady was super nice i left feeling very relaxed

We were placed in a room next to their Utility room it was always loud. There is a construction going on too not nice when you need peace and quiet The whole bathroom area stunk We asked for a late check out which we were given on arrival only for the staff on the given date to go back on their Word Asked to talk to the Manager its either he Was not informed or the completely ignored us! We were almost 5hours there because we had booked Massage sessions

Superb

As always Concord is the best place for Indian travellers to Nairobi. Offers good veg food, best rates, pool , gym, proximity to shopping centers, well what else you need!!
